Glitchy

I like the concept of this but it doesnt work very well. The pan/zoom function always seems to center the picture which can make lining up the selection tool with the eye of the picture difficult. Also if you try to open a pic from the camera roll, the app crashes. It can only open up pics from the photo library. I know you could transfer the pics over, but in my opinion this is an obvious error that shouldnt have been overlooked. Cool idea but executed poorly. I wouldnt recommend this app. The developer needs to fix the bugs and if not at least make it free.
